Netcare

Connekted provides life-cycle network management including planning, integration, design, migration, configuration, maintenance, staging and remote monitoring.

Connekted's NetCare is a network administration program dedicated to a single LAN. The program includes systems administration, performance tuning, security checks, device driver updates, patches, fixes and virus scanning. For an annual contract fee, the client receives quarterly consultations as well as a written summarization of the network's status.

Utilizing our NetCare program will reduce your cost for service, increase file integrity, file transfer, speed and overall performance.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
In addition to the quarterly services outlined below, your initial visit will include the following:

Equipment Audit
An initial equipment audit will be performed on the entire network installation. Documentation will include file server and individual workstation configurations. This documentation will be collected and maintained in a network log for your benefit. Network logs are critical in reducing downtime. They provide trend information used to identify red flag areas, as well as assist in the quick diagnosis of problems from off-site.

Assessment of Installation
Upon completion of our first visit, we will meet with you to discuss your network installation. This meeting will provide you with detailed information on the strengths and vulnerabilities of the network. Specific recommendations will be made on the areas requiring improvement.

Disaster Recovery Plan Blueprint (DRP)
A DRP Blueprint is a strategic approach to limiting the clients down-time, data loss and service costs associated with reviving a network if it goes down.
